On April 9, HMS IT added mandatory 2 factor authentication to all @hms Microbiology email addresses.

If your iPhone/iPad is stuck on "Enter password for Exchange" you may need to remove and re-add your account:

Go to Settings -> Passwords & Accounts
Find your HMS Exchange account and open
Take note of settings for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes
Delete the account
Press Add Account and click Exchange. Type in your full email address and a descriptive name (HMS Exchange)
You will be presented with the HMS Single Sign On (SSO) page. Log in with your eCommons ID and password
Pass 2 factor authentication. Reset Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes back to noted state
