The following rooms and equipment are available to the HMS Community. You may add events to the scheduling calendars for these rooms (except NRB 1031 seminar room and Sky Lounge), and the events will be visible on the calendar once they are approved by the calendar administrator.
Please make sure that your submitted information is correct, you will not be able to change it after it is submitted. If you need to make changes or cancellations, please contact Shannon Haas (email@example.com) in the Microbiology Department Office.
Please clean up after your meeting!

Department Equipment and Calendars
These facilities are available to Microbiology members, during scheduled business hours, 7 days a week.
You may reserve time online, but you MUST still sign the logbook when you use the machine.

The department has made available 4 shared desks in the Finance office, 3 of which are complete with Monitor, keyboard and mouse. 2 of the shared spaces have a USB-C dock with power and ethernet adapters. Please log into the calendars using MBIB as a username (case sensitive) and harvard as a password.
